What is this black spot in my back up camera display?

I have been noticing this black spot , it's always there at same spot in my camera feed. It's more visible on green belt in image. It is also there when make a right turn after signaling.

Anyway to fix it, it is driving me nuts.

It is on the passenger side camera only.
