Well it ends up that they sold my Telluride to someone else even with me having a deposit down and paperwork signed by the salesman and manager. So I have been waiting for 2 months for nothing. Thank you so much for your help @StephenCantrelle I really appreciate everything!

Makes me so mad. My family has been down to one car waiting for this new Telluride and this was a slap in the face. I have to find a vehicle by tomorrow because it’s been way too long. How can a dealership sell your Telluride that was already deposited doesn't make sense what did the dealership say??

I went into the dealership on 10/12 put a deposit down on the new Telluride that I was told would be there on 10/31. The manager and salesman signed the paper with the information regarding the Telluride that was suppose to be mine and to lock in the price (I have copies of it). Well then 10/31 rolls by and the salesman told me it was pushed back to mid November and Stephen C. all along was giving the correct dates. And the past 5 weeks the salesman has been sending me pics of different Tellurides that maybe coming in before mine to try to convince me to pick a different color. And I declined all of them because I wanted my color and style that I put a deposit down on. And some were not going to be coming in until December. And the Telluride I put my deposit on was one that someone ordered a while ago and backed out on so they already had a vin number on it and it was on Failcat. Well this past Monday Stephen says it shows in dealer stock and I checked with my salesman and he said he would get back to me and by Wednesday still nothing from him. He was avoiding me. So I left a message to speak to his manager regarding a better estimate of time when my Telluride would be there. And today the manager told me that the same day I put my deposit down on my Telluride that another person put a deposit around the same time also. Well my salesman never said one word about anything. He kept leading me on. The Manager said the thought the salesman told me and he greatly apologized. He said he would talk to his salesman and he gave me my deposit back. And comes to find out since they gave the other lady the Telluride that we both put in a deposit at the same time my salesman then put in a new order for me for the same color and style to then come in later hoping that I would not know what he did. And that would be a totally different Vin # and I would have to then wait longer and I was never told any of this. If he would have just been truthful in the beginning then I would have been able to make the choice to wait longer or choose one of the other ones he was trying to offer me throughout the process or go somewhere else. But no! He jerked me around and I went 5 weeks with one vehicle (I have a husband and 2 kids). And my son and I were in a car accident and my car was totaled 2 months ago so I needed a vehicle like 2 months ago. So I cannot waste anymore time. I have to just go by whatever I can find now tomorrow. I felt like they were being fishy recently and I have all the texts and pics to prove that the salesman was lying to me. Just sad that they do this to people. They have lost my business and I will be speaking to their district manager and writing a review online about what a horrible experience they put me through!
