They don't mark them sold until the vehicle's ownership has been transferred to buyer. It should be "In Transit" or "Dealer Stock". If it's marked "Sold", it's gone.

They could maybe mark it a day early in anticipation of pick-up, but not a month. Look for a different VIN.
