Any concerns with buying out of state and importing to CA

I think most cars are 50 state legal now. But has anyone purchased a Telluride out of state and shipped it back to CA new?
Any concerns with registration / emissions?

I have one on order and I am about to get an ETA. Super excited for the vehicle, but want to make sure I can navigate any issues with importing to CA after I purchase.
