If In transit why does it keep getting moved back? It said shipped weeks ago

Has to be delays with rail(train) loading/unloading and truck drivers.

ETA showing 02-15 as of today. Really odd dealer doesn't see it.. Would ask to speak with a new car manager..

Is there anyway to see when this was ordered? That may help see if it’s ours?

Dang! Thank you though! So if I spoke to their new car manager, and gave them that vin number that showed up on failcat, they should be able to give me some information? Sorry for the questions, this is the first car we’ve ordered..

Yeah, I would print out window sticker and send text it to your salesperson as well. Tell him/her that it shows going to their store(shows on Window Sticker).. and then speak with manager if they play dumb. Not saying you are having an issue with that store but that is a red flag nonetheless

99.9% it's not yours. Showing up in failcat means the build is almost ready to ship out. Two months is too long a period for shipping to your dealer. If it were Hawaii, probably even not that long. You should expect your VIN in about a month with your ETA.
