• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... When I hit the Phone icon in Apple Car Play, I see a list of phone numbers and people. It doesn't show phone number (home/mobile) phone choices. For my wife my only option is her cell number. I did not create the list - assume the app did based on my calls. Is there a way to be able to choose which number you want to call for a person? I can take and post a photo of the screen if the above is unclear. Thanks!

You are likely looking at the Favorites/Recents list. It works the same way as the Phone app on your phone. To get to your complete contact list just tap the Contacts button at the top of the screen on Carplay.

Favorites are manually assigned by you when you pick a specific phone number for a contact you want to set as a “speed dial” option. Recents are the last numbers you dialed.
