• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Vehicle not linked to online portal?

I can login okay to the owners.kia.com portal and in the UVO settings of my Telly, it says I'm connected. However, on the portal it says at the top in red: "Some features are locked because the vehicle is not linked."

Any idea what that is about? I have the Android Kia Access app working and can send commands. But I cannot send commands from the website, and it shows current mileage as 0. Any idea what's going on here?

Did you login with the same credentials as the app? Your user name might be your phone number instead of email.
