Trying to ask questions, learn and participate - but my posts are declined - now what? Told to contact administrator - how do I do that?

Where do I go to learn about orders, tracking, what a failed cat is, etc.?
Is there a FAQ or definitions section or guide?
I have just ordered (Toronto Canada), been told that next SX factory window is Oct/22 and will be a 23 model.
How/where do i start searching for more info?
Any help much appreciated.

Hi there. What's happening when your messages are being declined? There must be an error message of some sort. Can you take a screenshot?

Not sure why this is being rejected but if you can provide a screenshot or even just verbiage of what the error is saying, that will be helpful.

Rather than focus on the error - can I just get assistance with my query?
Looking for info to become an informed member, and thereby inform myself.
Just seeking help. Especially re new orders, scheduling, projected dates, progress, etc.
