• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Right after taking the delivery of my 22 sx nightfall edition, noticed that the rear side spoiler is not fully attached . See pictures, can see some styrofoam like material inside it, the left side spoiler is completely flush. Carefully tried to see if it can be pushed back in but it does not budge. Any one had the same issue? Planning to take it to the dealer soon to get it checked out.

Was hard to see because of the color had to zoom in on picture. I would definitely take it back and show them so it can be corrected 👍

Maybe it's a broken clip under the plastic. I would definitely take it in if it doesn't seem like you can click it in with some pressure.

Thanks I went to my local dealer today, I got my telluride from another dealer out of state. The service lady after looking at the issue asked me where I got car from. When I told I purchased this vehicle out of state from another dealer , she asked me I should take the car to them. Perplexed I asked why would they not work on it, she said it will take time to submit warranty claim etc. and the she asked me to wait and asked me to call a new car manager tomorrow???
Just because the vehicle was not purchased from them they are trying to give me a run around.

That's definately worth a call to Kia Customer Service. Total steamy pile of BS. There is ZERO connection between point of purchase and the dealer's ability to perform warranty work. You purchased a new Kia product with a new Kia warranty. PERIOD. In addition, I would also ding the delivering dealer on the post purchase survey if you haven't already. Go get what's rightfully yours.

Enjoy the ride warranty repair.

Yeah, just got off the phone from Kia and opened a case. They said they will call the dealer on my behalf and have them take a look at the vehicle. After years of owning Toyota and dealing with nice service folks I think I am really in for a ride 😂
