Hey everyone, I am looking to getting a lease and I am working with a broker who is saying that on an AWD SX PRESTIGE which is MSRP of 46860 the Net Cap Cost (with discount) is around 44K. Im in NYS, so the numbers based on residual and money factors I get 567$ for a 36/12 or 555$ for a 36/10. I hope to have the car next week, lets see what happens when it does.

My plan is to get the EX AWD Model - MSRP is around $40k for $425 a month with $500 down / 12k miles. $567 a month for a Kia seems super pricey lol
