Can't be tracked via name, only VIN. If you haven't gotten a VIN from your dealer, your only option is to call them and ask if they can tell you how many orders are in front of you. They may be able to tell you where in the process your order is, e.g., if you order has been accepted or if it's in the build stage etc.
