My brand new 2022 telluride NAV wont save addresses. Am in park. Help.

Here are some screenshots from the UVO head unit manual to enter a destination and to register a searched place.

Easiest way to save addresses to quickly access later is to tap on one of the available favorite buttons at the bottom of the NAV screen, or in Saved Places > Saved Places > Add.

I have a 2022 SX and am somewhat disappointed in the Navigation app. I had a 2020 EX and it's navigation worked just fine. However, I recently took a trip to NJ and the Navigation system took me off a main route onto a secondary route and then back on the main route, for no reason. Then this month I took a trip to Delaware and the Navigation did the same thing....took me off of DE1 to a side road and after about a mile or so put me back on DE1. At first I thought it was trying to avoid the many traffic lights in Rehoboth Beach, but when it put me back on DE1 I was faced with more traffic lights. Then on the way home the Navigation put me on I95N instead of I495N. This never happened with my 2020 EX. Then while I was on I95 it took me off, onto some side roads because of a supposed accident. When it finally put me back on a major route, in Pa., I was stuck in a line of cars because of a disabled vehicle. I hope KIA fixes this issue in the May update.

I'm not sure. I will probably check Kia's update website in May or go to my Kia dealership.
