• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Did you blackout your 2022 KIA Emblem?

I’m not offended by either, but I feel like the black emblem looks nice on the back and I’m with you on the front. The chrome/silver logo on the black grill is a nice contrast.

Yes! I don't mind at all the front logo staying the way it is, but the back one in silver on a dark moss is a crime!

I was all for dying it black before i picked mines up... then when i got it...im like it looked decent to me... so i never changed it

I LOVE this orange! What color is that? I may get my wolf gray done this color!
It is vinyl wrap orange. I bought it on Amazon, watched some YouTube and wrap it with my 10 year old.

I used Piano Black Hyperdip also. Did my wheels too. I just redid my rear logo as I didn't like a tiny drip bubble mine had (probably no one but me would have ever noticed) so I don't have a new pic of that. But IMO the Hyper dip is the way to go. Just follow the videos and don't get spray happy. Less coverage with more coats is for sure the way to go with Hyper. Best thing about it is you just peel it off when you don't want it/don't like it anymore.

Looks awesome! I’m also thinking about going the piano black hyperdip route. How does it hold up during car washes?

I ended up getting my KIA badges painted, to match the Telluride emblem. It came out pretty nice

Looks nice! Did you do a full chrome delete on the chrome door trims as well? I see you blacked out the front and rear bumper too. If you don’t mind me asking, how much did it cost? And did you get the work done in SoCal? Just asking because I’m also in California (Los Angeles).

I went with the Nightfall Package and a lot of the chrome trims will already come blacked out for you (picture shown was when I picked it from the lot). I had to have this package (previous car was a Benz CLA250 with their Night Package). I had the badges painted, here, in Stockton. They did a great job color matching the Telluride nameplate

Ah gotcha. Wish I went with the Nightfall package. I want to look into painting all the chrome parts to gloss black like the Nightfall package, as well as the badges. Hyperdip/Plastidip seem like popular options, but I’m looking for a permanent solution. Just need to find a reputable place in Los Angeles to do it for me. Your car looks super clean!

I've had no issues with numerous car washes.

I appreciate that! You would loved the Nightfall Package. Can’t wait to see what you do with your Telluride though

The chrome pieces on the Nightfall package actually aren't a gloss black, they are more of a metallic gunmetal color. It's hard to distinguish unless you see it up close or in person. I'm sure black would look nice too though.

Ah I see. Good to know! Thanks for the info.
