I have a vinyl cutter that I use for one of my hobbies and found the logo on line. A little bit of sizing and 2 layers of vinyl and here is my version of the front and back logos.

This looks great. I have a wolf grey NF ordered. I wonder how it would look with a wolf grey background. You might be able to sell these.

Computer vector graphics program. I use Corel Draw to make the file. Just the kia logo in red with a second version 2mm smaller in outline in black. A couple of registration marks above the logo are also drawn in.
A second program sends the outline to the cutter. You cut the black with registration marks and the red with the same registration marks. The black is stuck on top of the red lining up the registration marks which were cut out with each color. Not as neat as printing the pattern onto a single sheet of vinyl but cutters are much cheaper than the printer needed to do this.
