7 months and no Telly

Hey everyone. I sold my 21 Sorento and ordered a Telluride 12/1/22.
SX Prestige Nightfall Wolf Gray Dune Brown with interior lighting package, no tow package.
The salesman said about a month ago to expect it 7/5-7/20 but within the past week I was told to expect August now.
I see nothing on failcat for either dealer. Do some orders not show up on failcat at all?
This is crazy. I didn't realize they were a low volume dealer compared to like Moritz Kia that is nearby in Fort Worth, Texas.
So I placed another order with Moritz in April. So now its just to see who actually gets one it.

I ordered mine from Moritz 2/15/22, was told 3-4 months but it still has not been picked up, but I ordered SX Everlasting Silver FWD, not to many of them being made.
