Thank YouI ordered from pa050 at the beginning of April, but the experience there was a bit shaky, told 4 months but not getting a warm and fuzzy feeling, so I started checking other dealers. Had a few dealers in the area get back to me, but nothing close to what I was looking for. Finally got a guy from pa080 tell me the had some inbound stock so I put a deposit down on 7/2 to hold this VIN.

The order number contains what you are asking about. There is no "KFOS number".
Zero (unless your dealer gets an unallocated arrival that you can take). They are finishing up 22's now. KFOS did not open this month. Next time it opens it will be for 23's. The factory should shut down for 2 weeks, probably end of next month, for re-tooling and we should see 23's in late September or early October. Last time they added Nightfall, they pushed the new model out to dealers before fulfilling orders. Probably the same for the new editions.ksyrah thank you for the response. Basically, you should find out from the dealer where you are in their queue and figure out their monthly allocations to see how far out you are. Some dealers will not do this, though. When a new model year happens, dealers need to update the order to match the new options (i.e. nightfall not existing anymore). You should not lose your place in the queue. And, if they say they will honor MSRP, MSRP will go up so it will cost you more. Generally, there is a price increase for the new model year and another part way through. It hasn't been that bad, though. Read the order to delivery time and what did you pay threads in reverse order - the early posts are not relevant anymore.ksyrah could you please advise me how should I approach the dealer. What does it mean, will kia upgrade to 2023 model for no extra charge. What happens to the trim level and color selection.
