VIN showed up in failcat.

Hi, i see a VIN with same as my option shown for same dealership i ordered in failcat but black wheel locks option is extra.How to know if its mine.Its from Richmond virginia dealer, showed up after 7.5 months.

The only way to know is to have the dealer verify that it is yours.
 
Tried checking with dealership.I can see car is in dealership now , but they not responding to my query and is posted for sale.Will wait and see.
