• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 2023 Kia Telluride Discussion

I'd go for SX Prestige X-Line. Usefully features over EX, and higher resell value.
Resell value in itself is not a concern for me. We tend to keep our cars for 10 years or more. I also drive personally very little. My soul has 50k miles on it, so i average about 5000 a year. But that line does look great and i know i would be happy with the features.

I'm between SX X-Line and SX-P X-Line, depending on pricing. Guide says only SX-P gets heated steering wheel, which would be a bummer.
What guide are you seeing?

Don’t worry.

I'm expecting to be contacted by my dealer soon (hopefully) to change my order to a 2023. I'm unsure about the color now. What are your thoughts on the Blue? In some commercials/pictures it looks light, bland and not very good, while in others (outdoors and evening) it looks like a great metallic dark blue color. I hate to order one without seeing it in person. What are people thinking? My current 2022 order is for an SX-P Dark Moss/Dune. My wife has seen more of the Dark Moss and is not sure about it anymore. We really like blue vehicles, but I really can't tell what it will look like. I may end up switching to Gravity Gray or Everlasting Silver to play it safe.

any update from Kia from the Detroit Auto show that started today morning?
Hyundai is at 3:30 Eastern.

Telluride didn't make the car of the year announcements at 8a.

Live stream of the pressers.

does anyone have pics of the sage green interior?

I'm definitely in for the SX-P X-Line. I think besides the heating steering wheel, the full display mirror and the heads up display are awesome! I also think the guide has some inconsistencies. Why would the entire SX-P line including x-pro have Nappa, but only the SX-P X-line have regular leather? Doesn't make sense. Also - why would they make two different types of Terracota colored leather - one standard and one Nappa. In any case, I'll stay with the X-Line as opposed to the X-Pro because I prefer the 20" wheels and all season tires.

Texted my salesperson and was told no date yet for when ordering opens :( They got to the first week of Jan '22 orders before the '22 build cut off so my 1 March 22 order could be a '23 under the Christmas tree 🤞

The scraper is now readied for the 2023 model year! (y)

If you want to see what the green interior looks like look at the sportage. It's called the same color I would imagine it is going to be very similar

I’m having a tough time believing the rumors that tomorrow is the day for orders to open. I haven’t seen anyone legitimate confirm this. Just seems like a stretch if pricing isn’t available yet.
Anyone have their actual sales person confirm it and provide them with the trim/color information that was leaked?
My sales rep texted me yesterday randomly to tell me they’ll confirm the price before placing my order randomly.. didn’t get an answer when i asked if new information was available lol

I'm currently in a strange situation where I want to order a 2023 Telluride but I don't want it to arrive until the beginning of next year. I know orders start in the next few days and I'm curious if anyone has any insight on how fast a 2023 order might arrive if I order right when the ordering starts?
My GM said 10 to 12 months

This is becoming like predicting the second coming :)

I'm a little confused. So the SX-P trim is combinable with X-Line?
Think of it this way: Thanks to Kia's penchant for complexity, there are now two separate trim systems in place for the Telluride at the same time. There's the normal, equipment/features trim hierarchy (LX, S, EX, SX), and the new "offroadiness" trim ladder (regular, X-Line, X-Pro). It's kind of a "Choose one from column A and one from column B" situation. Not every combo is offered, but enough are to make the 2023 selection process pretty daunting.

SXP is not really a separate trim; it's SX with an optional package.
