  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Track my vehicle

Thank you so much for checking. We put a deposit on an allocated vehicle??? On August 23rd. That check cleared our bank on the 25th. We've been told by our sales associate that the vehicle is expected to arrive at the dealership on the 13th of September.Then we were told the 22nd. Now I'm freaking out.

I double checked the VIN and that is the VIN given to us by the dealership.
No matter how this turns out, please do not return the tip.

I hope the dealer just sold it internal so I can no longer view it status.. this does happen but very rarely does it happen on a prior month due to our internal rules..

Every dealer is different, my store waits for car to make it in first.. Would need to check with them..
