• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 2023 Kia Telluride Discussion

I'm planning to buy a new 2023 Kia telluride. Do you guys know when the booking starts?? Also, do you know any dealership charging low market adjustment fee in Tampa/Orlando (or) FL??

All speculation on when you can place an order.

Can't answer the question on low market adjustment fees. Maybe someone else will chime in, or you can call a bunch of them.

Everyone needs to wait for pricing to be released.... once that happens that will be final step before ordering can be open.. if no delays in pricing release I would imagine it open for first allocation of next month.. that has been the schedule for release since the start of the year.

Until pricing is release there is no way for ordering to open up.

Hope this helps with everyone hearing different things from all over the place,

Very helpful, Stephen - thank you! I get better info from you than from my salesperson 🤔

I dislike the new headlights on the 2023 Telluride. I'd like to see dual exhausts ... adding on on the left side to match the one on the right.

No 2022 is huge mark-up. This they are doing for 2023 - taking refundable deposit of $1000 with agreement of 2500 mark-up. They said there is no 2022 anymore going to be made. Only 2022 they can sell now is for which others cancelled their orders but vehicle already came in or about to arrive. He did say to expect 10-12 month wait for 2023.
In New Jersey and Massachusetts, Tellurides are being marked up $7,000!!!

i wish i knew what the glacier white would look like in an sx and the new front bumper. Have a chance to get a 22 right now but waiting game is.......

There is pictures of such out there.

In Massachusetts, the Kia dealer Dan Obrien in Norwood, MA is marking up 2022 Telluride SX models by $12,000 and the other Telluride models by $6,000 - $8,000!!! Insanity!!! I tried attaching the link but keep getting error messages. Do a search for Tellurides on their website and you'll see the markups.

i saw the s version, was hoping the sx would look better than that grey thing just sitting out there. Really wanted to wait for the better tech, but jeez the outside has taken a hit

The x line will have a darker front bumper. I don’t honestly mind the bumper. It’s not my favorite but people are overreacting imo. There’s a picture a few pages back of what that bumper looks like.

Accidentally posted this in the wrong thread:

Wanted to share some further insight regarding the *X-Line Leather / X-Pro Nappa Leather trim discrepancies.

When you read through each page of the internal info, there are several other asterisk*'s features showing that the feature will only be on SX-P trims (for example the "Full Display Mirror" will only be on SX-P).

Based on the Exterior / Interior Color combo chart it does not include package breakdowns, like adding tech packages or Prestige packages on X-Line / X-PRO trims. On this chart it appears that Kia simply did not include a column breaking down "EX X-Line Trims" and the Prestige package(with Nappa Leather) is not available on any EX trims. It appears that ALL SX's with the Prestige package (SX-P) will have Nappa leather.

ALL X-PRO's have Nappa leather because they are not building any EX trims with a X-PRO package, so it seems as though the asterisk* was meant to show that ALL X-PRO's will have Nappa Leather, and only X-Lines within the SX-P trim will have Nappa Leather. Kia could have represented this better with a few more columns with package info.

On the "Trim" page, all SX-P's have Nappa Leather trim. When adding X-Line or X-PRO, neither trim will delete the Nappa Leather.

Hoping the build configurator will be live soon so we can confirm.

Thanks for breaking that down!

My GM said 10 to 12 months

This aligns with the timeline in publications in Vietnam. There is autoshow here next month so that's where I guess they will launch it. Phew. Getting my down payment ready, can't wait. Actually I have been waiting for 18 months since I first heard of the telluride.

In those 18 months wait, I have test drove the following cars; X7, glc 200, gls 450, macan, sorento, everest, Santa Fe and vinfast lux 2A (yes i know they are in different segments). I studied their features of all the cars and from my findings, I don't think any of them can compete with telluride for comfort and money for value.

In a country where decisions to get a car is like getting a tattoo, I don't mind waiting a few more months just to get the perfect car.

Oh telluride 2023. You are finally here. Phew
