• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 2023 Kia Telluride Discussion

Yesterday dealer swapped my 2022 SX P/T/N Ebony Black/Black ordered in Apr with a 2023 SXP X-line Ebony Black/Black. Price comes in about $2100 higher. I was told I am #23 on their Telly order list but may not need to wait long if their allocation matches my order with no other orders of the same. Also open to other dark exterior colors like blue and green, maybe red. Back to waiting now…
That's great. I ordered in early February and I am about #125 on the list. This from a dealer that gets in about 60 Tellys a month...so hopefully a couple of months for me.

Ordering my 2023 Tiff’uride at 9am tomorrow! Can’t wait!

My dealer tells me they get a LOT of allocation (they don't know or don't care I can get the truth from tailcat.). They've received only ~230 Tellys since 9 Jan 2020!

My updated order was placed this morning! S trim AWD, dark moss. Original order was late March and was told 10 months. She said it will be around 3 months still so I'm hoping it gets here before the worst of winter. She wasn't able to add the tow hitch accessory but could add crossbars.
I appreciate the dilemmas some of you have with the unknowns of the higher trims but this is my first brand new car, replacing a 2008 Toyota Sienna with over 250,000 miles, so my S trim is going to seem like pure luxury to me! Heated seats and AWD during a WI winter, hooray!

Well, looks like the 2023 is indeed shipping with the latest version from April. Sigh of relief for new 2023 owners.View attachment 27726
Damn that larger screen. I wish there was a way to upgrade the screen size of the systemin the '22s. I figured it would just need to input into a larger touchscreen display. I wish someone would get obsessed and look into that :D

I keep seeing such different pics of the Midnight Lake Blue color. Love the dark ones but those light ones are way too light. My order was updated to a MLB but I may have to go back to Gravity Gray. Too bad no local deals have any in stock to see.

First thanks to everyone on this forum. Knew the day orders opened, and what configuration I wanted before even my dealer knew the info. Ordered MLB, black interior, SX-P X-Line.

What I’m really confused on is how long it’s going to take to actually get it and my dealer really had no idea it seemed. They said they are telling everyone 6-9 months, but then also confirmed I am absolutely #1 on their 2023 list, and they have very few MY 2022 orders left. On one hand I figured this might be fast since I’m first and also my configuration is brand new, so as soon as they get an allocation that matches it would be mine. On the other hand if they are doing everything as a custom order would it really then instead be that 6-9 months or even longer?

BTW- they are doing a $3k markup over MSRP it seems which I’m ok with. Another dealer I had a deposit with called and wanted $10k! That’s nuts, no thanks!

Thank you!

I'd say if you are truly #1 at that dealer, it should be picked up by Kia within 1-3 months. I'm in the same position. Had an order in for a 2022 since April and I'm at the top of the list for the 2023's. It's entered into Kdealer and just need Kia to pick it up and put into KFOS. Should be 1-3 months.

You are #1 only as of this moment. Once the dealer entering the MY22 orders in the queue transitioning to MY23, these so-called ”very few” orders will be ahead of you. The question is how many are considered ”very few”? If you placed your order today, the more reasonable wait time is 9-12 months. You will get your order sooner from those with huge markups because there would be less people ordering with them and the waitlist would be shorter.

Hi, can anyone tell me of any dealers in Northeast Ohio where over MSRP is favorable on the 2023? I’m looking to order.

My dealer is $7000 over MSRP and that’s just too much.

Really would like to see the difference between the two bumper silver colors in the same lighting side by side.

I have the same concern. Still can't tell the color in that video posted by Ray Skillman Kia. But I think I'll go with Midnight Lake Blue anyway and hope we like it. I'm going with the Navy/Gray interior. I realize that Gravity Gray is a safer bet until I see a MLB in person.
