Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I had to laugh at 4:59 of the video. Glaring example of the poor SXP seat quality showing where the clip holding the leather to the seat frame has failed. You'll notice it just next to Alex's left hand by the bottom of the seat cushion. I've got to think it was noticed when editing the video. But, I'm sure he chose not to call it out due to the fact manufacturer's would probably blacklist him from receiving press vehicles in the future. So much for being unbiased.

That’s gotta be covered under warranty. They’ll fix it for free. Hopefully with better quality.

This is the reason the SXP has been delayed. Lots of early warranty claims on these seats. I've already made 2 service visits for seats in 1.5 months of ownership. I suspect they're in the midst of changing suppliers and ramping new production.
