If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 2023 Kia Telluride Discussion

Hey guys so bit of an update for the Canadian models. My dealer contacted me yesterday and provided the pricing details for 2023 model. There will be 5 trims in total EX (price around 50k) SX (55k) SX-LTD ( 59k) X-Line (61k) and x-pro which is around 63k.

Features of the trims are pretty much what was expected the ETA is now January the earliest for 2023s (this is as per my dealer)

Question... in SX model, is "leather seat trim" mean leather seats?

Also does "Nappa leather seat trim" just indicate a different type of leather is used, but same surfaces?

EX and SX have regular leather seats (seats are trimmed in leather rather than leatherette like they are on the LX and S).

SX-P is nappa leather, which is a finer grade of leather.

Drove by a local dealer tonight and saw a Jungle Green SX-P X-Line and a Midnight Lake Blue SX. A few impressions:

I liked the Jungle Green a lot more than I thought I would. It’s like a minty green and quite striking at night. Not the right color for me, but people will be pleased with it.

The Midnight Lake Blue is awesome. It’s like a rich, glossy piece of blue candy. That sounds weird, but I mean it in a good way. The color really changed in the street lights as I walked around the vehicle.

I really, really liked the SX wheels. I hated them on paper but think they look great in person. This was the biggest surprise of the night.

The X-Line bumpers aren’t as dark as I’d like, but they are dark enough to make a difference and still make me prefer that trim. They blend in pretty nicely, at least at night on the Jungle Green. The bumpers on the other cars were too light for my taste. Not atrocious, but not my favorite.
Thank you for this, I’m really confused on new wheels on SX, don’t get the blend of silver and black - would have much preferred they kept original ‘22 style.. now I’m torn if it’s worth upgrading to X-Line just for the wheels even though I don’t need an “off-roader” of sorts

Off roader in appearance only. If the appearance appeals to you, go for it. It doesn't offer much in terms of actual ability boost (slight, but this thing aint no mountain climber).

Do these prices include destination? Nightsky MY2022 is 56,695.00 + 1900 Destination = $58,595.00 CAD

The ~$2000 across the board price increase for MY2023 we've been hearing about would mean Nightsky (previously the top trim) maps to X-Line pricing-wise, and now X-Pro is the new top trim. I think I may call my dealer to confirm how my existing order will map, as I don't really need to spend extra on the X-Pro.

Also, the dealer is basically saying they aren't expecting any 2023s at all onsite until January? I suppose Kia is prioritizing US production to start, but another 3 months for first units is surprising.

Showed my wife the wheel options. She liked the X-Line ones best, so I ordered one with X-Line. She was bummed that the Nightfall package was gone so X-Line is the closest to that. Also, you get self-leveling rear suspension and tow mode plus 0.4 inches more ground clearance. By no means an off-roader and think the "lift" will not look dramatically different from the regular models.

IMO the X-Line are the only good looking rims and my favorite Telluride rims to date. The X-Pro are the second best this year, just don't like that they are 18" rather than 20".

Prices are MSRP and are listed as "under$X" so I am presuming the actual price would be a little less. Reading from the document, it says "X-Line model replaces the former Telluride SX Nightsky edition. So I guess you will be getting X-line by default and X-pro is a new top trim now (on a side note X-line has regular leather and not NAPPA)

Yes, according to my dealer January is the earliest, not sure if it is officially communicated by Kia Canada or he is just giving his own best estimate.

Another thing I have noticed that none of the trims mention wifi hotspot, even though they do list all other features of kia connect so I don't know if it will be disabled in Canadian models.

Here’s a GIF showing the differences. I grouped them with like grilles, not by trim or price level.

Thanks to @StephenCantrelle for these pictures!
I've seen these pics before and I think they are a bit misleading in terms of the grill color. The X-Line and X-Pro grills look very dark in these pics - almost black. But in reality they are definitely not black, not Nightfall. I'd say they are closer to a light gunmetal:

You are correct. At night, they appear darker, and during the day, they appear a bit lighter (as in the pic above). I recommend looking at pictures (or better yet, going to the dealer to spy one yourself) during both day and night before committing.

I'm deciding between MLB and WG. What is your choice and why?

Same here! I think I am going with WG. A little more exclusive (X-Lines only), and I think it looks stunning in every light. The blue is also stunning, but I think it might be a little too bright for me during the day. I'm going to look at a couple more '23s tonight (one being a WG) to confirm.

Let us know what you think! I have a WG 23 on order but do wonder what it looks like in person with the new gunmetal bumper trim.

Hi Everyone, thanks for all of the great info and research...I have a ton to read thru! The 2023's have hit Texas...we were able to purchase ours last night. I think this is going to be a great vehicle and I like the changes for the 2023 model year.
