Still waiting.... no VIN, no word..
I have talked to the Dealer... ZERO
I have called Corp HQ in Irvine CA and they were surprised it is taking this long...Person I talked to thought it should be 6 to 8 weeks... I laughed.
Through all of this, I still wait... even tough some who ordered AFTER me have gotten their TR. They have yet to throw down the first bolt on mine... I am now wondering if KIA will be offering the 2021 models BEFORE I get mine...

I'm in the same area. I ended up going to Long island New York to get mine. The best option I found locally was king kia in Gaithersburg. They won't work with you, but they seemed to have a constant supply of them moving in and out. You might get lucky and call at the right time to find one passing through that isn't claimed. It's going to be a tough search though.
Thats bizarre! Its hard to find any new ones around me.

Black copper is one of the rarest colors out there. Check cargurus. You will have to go search the window sticker for each one you find to ensure it is black copper and not just ebony black. Don't limit yourself to your area.

Most of these are dealers using cars.com to sell. Very likely they don't even have these vehicles anymore... They just want to get you talking and buying from their dealerships.
