It is on the KIA website. Failcat is a user created tool. It was never presented as being accurate.

Thanks. I can't seem to find it on the local inventory website at the dealer I ordered. Are you able to link it? VIN 5XYP5DGC4PG347987.
 
@StephenCantrelle Aloha. I see that failcat is now up to serial #348926, but it still doesn't show VIN 5XYP34GC3PG343578 which is about 5,000 serial numbers earlier. (For that matter is doesn't show 343579 or 343580 either.) Is there a way to check on 5XYP34GC3PG343578? Thank you very much!
