• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... My dealer assured me my transmission needs a replacement in my 2022 SX and have been waiting for Kia Corp. to approve the repair and rental since Monday. I've been reading that it can take up to a week for approval. Does anyone have an experience with a non-drivable warranty repair approval timeline? i.e. when you were finally approved for the repair and rental after you brought it in.

Kia Corporate finally approved my dealer's claim for warranty work on 12/14 at the end of the day, so essentially 12/15 as that was when I could pick up the rental vehicle. Dropped off 12/4 and part was deemed by dealer to have failed on 12/5. Not great, but at least they approved it. They said part could be here by next week but we'll see.

Better late than never.. not a good feeling when in need though!
