Are they already on break for the holidays at West Point? I have seen only very few new VINs added in Failcat over the last 2 days.

Wondering the same thing myself. I got the call last week that my order was 'accepted' - and then the VINs stopped coming in.

Oh man that stinks. Terrible timing. When did you place your order and what region are you in? I’m in PA it looks like all of PA only gets like 5 allocations in Failcat per day - at least that’s what I gathered when Failcat was “working”. I’ve not seen a new VIN for at least 3 days now which is very odd.

Placed our order at the very end of May - I think the dealership put it in their system the first week of June. Got a call in Oct. to change it to a '23. Then got a call last week that the order was accepted by Kia and was on it's way to be built. I'm actually in GA, but on the complete opposite side of the state from the factory. Ordered from Gossett Kia Memphis.

Ok update! Just checked Failcat and it said 1000 VINs added! Looks like it’s back up and running. Still no VIN links though…

Druke informed me that VINs are kept on a different server that is no longer running and was not his or under his control. He is looking for a replacement.
