• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. I have a brand new Telluride Prestige package with less than a thousand miles. I have been getting this message sporadically since I purchased the vehicle last month. Took it to the dealer with photos. They said there's nothing showing up in the diagnostics. Anyone else experiencing this? Any clue on how to stop this message?

Very strange and unfortunate. I think you need to push the dealer to look at replacing the headlight LED assembly. I'm sure either you or the dealer can contact Kia and show the situation with the pictures. It's not normal and you shouldn't have to deal with it.
 
Also - as I reflect on this a bit more, seems like it may be either a loose wiring connection or bad fuse/fuse connection - given that it's intermittent. I don't have my Telly yet, but I would suggest looking at the back of the headlamp assembly and see where the wire connections are - try to remove and then reattach - see if that helps. I'd also check the headlamp fuse - pull/inspect and replace. Those are fairly easy items to check and may resolve the issue.
 
When that message appears, does the headlight stop working? or does everything work as it should but your getting that message on the dash?

It only appears on the dash. The headlamps are still working. The dealership said ignore the messages.
