  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hello, I just joined after reading many discussions here over several months. Lots of great information and insights to be had.

We picked up my wife's 2023 SX Prestige X-Line on New Years Eve. It is midnight lake blue with black interior. Extremely pleased that we were able to get it at MSRP.

We put a down payment last June on a copper black '22 originally, but had to wait through the chip shortage and towing hitch issues. The sales experience was great overall, our salesman was friendly, informative, and in frequent communications with us and told us we'd probably end up with a '23, and worked with us to spec it out when it was inevitable.

Very impressed with the many features, safety, and luxuriousness of the ride. Enjoy driving it. Hope to have it a long time.

The only concerns I have are over the engine longevity and potential carbon build up issues, and how it handles our pacific northwest hills and mountain passes in the snow with the stock tires.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your brand new Telluride! What did the Telluride replace for you? I'm glad you found us. :)

It replaced a 2007 Acura RDX, which was always a just a little too small for family road trips. Our kids are older, larger, and we have two wild and crazy boxers we like to take with. 😜

For many years I had a 2500 Suburban, which was the best for room and towing, but at best 13 mpg and over 250k miles on it was becoming a frequent visitor at my mechanics garage.

It sounds like the Telluride is going to be perfect for you and your family. Better fuel economy, better reliability, and while not as large as the Suburban, you're not sacrificing much in the interior. The RDX is quite nice, but a bit small for families that don't want to be all scrunched together. :p
