Finally getting around to posting some close ups of what I’ve done. Front and rear badges replaced, chrome lettering plastidipped black, wheels plastidipped black and Telluride emblems added, interior lights replaced with LED bulbs. All I have left to do is plastidip the front and rear gray plastic panels (this weekend) and have my local shop vinyl wrap the chrome trim on the sides (in the near future). It looks awesome and rides even better, loving this car so far

Getting an SX in Gravity Gray in one month but freaking out about the color. It took me a while to finally hunt one down and get a deposit on it. My other color of choice is the Moss green but I was worried about it looking kinda like a pukey brown so I passed on it and went with the gray. Now that ive seen one in person though Ive pretty muched changed my mind and very much want the moss green but cant imagine the headache it will be to try and find one, not to mention the extra time I will have to wait.. A lot of the pics of the gray look fine, but just seems like a safe choice, not special.. please change my mind. What should I do?

Well hopefully I can help since I had the exact same opinion as you. I loved Moss from the beginning from pictures I saw, but I bought an LX which doesn’t offer Moss. I went with Gravity Gray, mainly because I’ve always had gray vehicles (they hide dirt and dings well). Now that I’ve seen both in person, I know I made the right choice. They Moss definitely looks brown in some lights which I don’t like at all. The Gravity Gray actually looks greenish in some lighting. I’ve never seen it in a light and didn’t like it. Great color! I think you will like your choice.
Also... looks great with black trim

Thanks for the input. I will say I do like the way it looks in your pics. Love the blackout grill you did. Did you just spray it yourself? Or get a replacement grill? My conern is in some pics it looks more like a lighter sky blue which I do not like. Look at a couple of those poor pics in the very begining of the thread... I plan on doing a lot of the changes you did to mine as well. Especially the badges. Might eventually get 5 spoke gun metal rims. How are you liking it in general? Is it soft still on the bumps with 20"s? (I live in an area with poor roads and lots of hills). Most likely will stay put with the gray. These things are so hot I dont want to lose all the work ive done and I still do like it. If you feel like it I would love to see a pic with the daytime running lights turned on... Thanks!

The gravity gray definitely looks blue in some light, but it is quite dark, not light. Not sure which pics you were referring to but I remember some people posting pics of everlasting silver but calling it gravity gray in the early days here.

I don't know if you saw my earlier post, but I've been on the fence as to whether I bought my SX in the right color. (It's coming in like 2 weeks.) Dark moss is the other color I thought I really wanted. Your pics have confirmed that I made the right decision in ordering the grey SX. Looks absolutely gorgeous and boss! Thanks for uploading these. I love how the first pic has this rich dark grey look that almost looks black. But in the second pic, when the light hits it, it is has this bluish metalic shimmer, which is also awesome. I'm convinced now that this is the best color and cannot wait! I also think in general the amber DTRLs look much better when paired with black or grey than with the moss.

For anyone considering getting the Telly in grey. Here is a great video that shows what it looks like in its element. Almost all the review vids on youtube are in moss so this one is refreshing. Grey for the wiiiin!
