Hello Stephen, my original ETA was 3/30 and now the dealer is saying 12/31! Something about it’s already been built but has been delayed at port due to transportation issues related to weather?? Have you heard of which a delay?

Weather damage. They are assessing the vehicles. He said to check back Friday

Hi Stephen, nice to see you are still on the forum and assisting folks track their VINs! Our beloved 2020 was recently totaled and we just received the VIN for our replacement 2023. When you have time could you please check the ETA for 5XYP5DGCXPG393226?

PG391230- is a good one.. ETA showing 04-27 as of today. But I wouldn't be Suprise if it shows next week if this is a fresh built one.

This month these ETA's may be shifting as they make fresh ones and take care of the ones effected by storm

Oddly, we got a message from the dealer TODAY that it has arrived. It never showed on failcat and I don't think it hit their website either like most of them do before they are received. Can you check one last time to make sure the right one showed up 5XYP5DGC2PG391230.

yes the ones being built right now are being expedited to the stores since they don’t have cars waiting on transport trucks. It’s crazy how fast they are showing to stores. I had one start production on the 2nd and showed to the dealer on the 5th(I’m in Texas)

Need some recommendations on how to obtain order status from dealer. Ordered 11/26/21, get calls or texts from dealer every 2 week’s indicating there is no update available on my order. I live in a small market area with limited options. Deduced dealer receives approximately 115 Tellurides annually according to failcat. I see other orders coming in much sooner than ours. Is there anything I can do to get more information?

New new, not storm impacted. Over the weekend we were told 5/4 by the dealer.

Dealer visibility seems to be terrible. Gives me some hope that mine might arrive before December - ha (my dealer still tells me 12/31…). Enjoy the new car!

12-31 is the date Kia put on all cars affected so they are easy to identify. They will not be delivered in December. It will be much sooner.
