• THIS SECTION IS ONLY FOR DISCUSSIONS RELATING TO BUYING A TELLURIDE. PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT SECTION FOR POSTING MESSAGES ABOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN BUYING A TELLURIDE. THANK YOU!

  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Track my vehicle

Please track 5XYP5DGC5PG395515. Told still on schedule for 5/7......................... Thanks!!
Showing In Transit to dealer with ETA of 04-23 as of today

Hi @StephenCantrelle new member so sorry if I am doing this wrong. Just put deposit on SX-Xline and given no reasonable ETA. Can you track this vin?

5XYP5DGC0PG378010
This is one of the ones affected by the storm... ETA stamp is 12-31... that just indicates that it is affected. When it gets fixed ETA will update to accurate date.

Can you check 5XYP3DGC2PG387197? Not really given an ETA. Thanks!
Same as schmigs2929... This is one of the ones affected by the storm... ETA stamp is 12-31... that just indicates that it is affected. When it gets fixed ETA will update to accurate date.

Thanks @StephenCantrelle! Not the news I was looking to hear but I think the storm was unfortunate for the area and Telluride Shoppers. Our dealer hasn't been very forthcoming about ETAs or if anything could be delayed with the storm. Sucks!

Thanks again!

Hey @StephenCantrelle any change to this one? Was told it would get updated yesterday by dealer. Thanks so much!

Thanks @StephenCantrelle Dealer told me 4/22. Is he just yanking my chain?
It may have had that ETA prior to the storm and the store didn't update their incoming list. But very unlikely this one will be at store on 04/22. May want to call back for clarification.

Hey again, can you see if any movement on this one?
5XYP5DGC8PG384895
Storm car... has anyone here actually seen one of the afflicted cars get updated to a legit ETA?

No update as of yet brother... still 12/31 stamp

Amazingly, not a request for Stephen to check status. I called Kia customer service at 800-333-4542 on April 13 to create a case with the goal of getting better information on my storm damaged ’ride. I called back today (April 21) and received the following in email to confirm the call notes:
*********************
As of right now, notes are indicating that the vehicle is in "Port stock allocation" status. Which means, the vehicle came in on a shipment from the supplier and it's being picked up the ship to the dealership. I would estimate the vehicle being delivered to the dealership within 1-2 weeks from today.

Sincerely,

Kia America

Dealership said still showing 12/31.

I‘ll post an update once something real happens.

Peace and patience.
