Thanks for sharing! That’s good to see! The disclosure document seems to say that as the buyer we can get all information we need before signing. Surely KIA has a detailed damage report for each car that went to their insurance. I’d want to see something like that for my car before pulling the trigger but your pictures definitely put me more at ease. The language in the legal document will always be strong / exaggerated to avoid any ground for legal challenge. (Or so I hope )

My thoughts as well.

I asked my dealership for written damage and repair info or pictures. He has neither and assumes that information will come with the car itself.

No update as of today... Still has the 12/31 stamp. This is the default date for all affected units. Will update once fixed to delivery date estimate.
