I ordered a Telluride through a dealership in NY the end of December 2022. I have not received any real updates from salesperson since. I have inquired a couple times. Was given a time frame of end of April or beginning of May at the latest. Currently being told that they have no way of tracking where it is or when it will arrive. Is this normal?

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. Call Lucas at Kia of Muncie!! While not all order to delivery times will be the same. My order was delivered to the dealership about 45 days after placing the order. And they are very communicative and friendly and a breath of fresh air!!
