• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Looking to replace Nightfall wheels and tires with something a little more beefy/durable

Have a 2021 Nightfall edition. My wife has popped two of the low profile tires driving over big holes/cracks in the road while turning.

I am at the point where I'd like to explore replacing the tires and wheels with something that is a little beefier to help prevent these sort of pops along with something that has a little more grip and traction.

Anyone have any recommendations or that can speak to what they went with if they have replaced the Nightfall wheels?

I personally love 18 inch wheels (or 17 like my Sequoia!) and Michelin Defender LTX M/S.

The ATs on my 2024 X-pro are pretty nice. I particularly stayed away from any trimline that had 20" wheels.

I would have gone the X-Pro route, but the $1000 charge was pretty steep. Don't need the extra 500 lbs towing as my boat and trailer only weigh 1200 lbs. But thanks KIA - I still have jump through hoops (without KIAs help) to get the hitch and harness and facia plate! Someone at KIA engineering should be fired immediately. This is not rocket science, and to go on for several years is TOTALLY unacceptable .........
