• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I have a 2020 Telluride SX Prestige AWD and have the LED reverse lights. I have owned for 14 months and 7,200 miles of trouble free driving. I noticed this past Saturday that I have condensation in the reverse light on the driver's side. I called dealer and they blew smoke up my butt and said that was normal. I opened a case with Kia Customer Service and I am going to make an appointment with dealer later this week to have it looked at. Has anyone else had this problem?

condensation to the point of water droplets pooling at the bottom is definitely not normal. Hopefully Kia customer service will be on your side for repair.

Probably a bad seal or gasket after installing the led lights.
Just to clarify, I didn't install a LED reverse light as I thought the SX model comes with LED reverse lights. If not, this is the original reverse light from the factory so has to be a bad seal or gasket and I will get it fixed thru warranty for sure. I will just have to hound the dealer to get it done or go to another local Kia dealer to get it done. Thanks!

That is what I thought but of course dealer service manager told me it was normal. I will follow up with dealer and i have a case opened thru Kia Customer Service as well.

Were you able to get it replaced? My passenger side is doing it, driver side is okay.

Yes, i took to my local Kia dealer where I purchased my 2020 Telluride SX Prestige and they said it was a broken seal on the reverse light and covered it under warranty. My broken seal was on driver's side but I haven't had any problems on the passenger side as the seal must be good on that side. The dealer should cover it under warranty as condensation in reverse light would not be normal from other cars I have owned.

Thanks. I have an appointment Tuesday, of course it has dried out now, but I took pictures so hopefully they replace it.

my dear said that if you take the car to the car wash it probably would not be covered (light scratches on tail light lense) what a cop-out
