Anyone waiting forever for their Fowler, Colorado order?

I ordered an Xline Prestige back in December from Fowler as forums talked big about how great they are to work with and do MSRP. It's now mid July and I still haven't gotten my Telluride ordered. I wasn't in a hurry so wasn't begging for monthly status. By May, having heard nothing, I reached out and was told my order would go in "soon".

Last week I reached out again, and was told my order will be converted to a 2024 but they couldn't give me any information on where I am in line until next week.... Apparently the person who knows whats going on is on vacation......

Feels like I'm getting the run around. Glad to get the 2024 but wondering how many more months I'm going to have to wait.
Curious if anyone else has ordered a Prestige XLine from them in 2023 and actually gotten it? I live in Arizona and back in January no one wanted to deal. Has that changed?

Wow! I am surprised you are going on 8 months given the fact that the Tellurides are rolling out pretty fast now. Many (most?) people are getting theirs inside of two months. I was only 6 weeks - SX-P, X-Line.

I am very surprised! I had a fantastic experience at Fowler.

Originally I planned to put in an order in early May (4 month wait) but instead they offered me one of the hail-damaged cars coming to them. That worked since I wasn't in a hurry and it was the trim/color/interior color I was looking for.

I then decided to order a 2024 SX Prestige X-Pro (so not X-line) in late May right before dealers could begin putting in 2024 orders and had it 6 weeks later. Mine was the first 2024 on their lot.

They have a huge allotment and are always getting many cars in. Watch their inventory! They have 11 Prestige X-lines either on the lot or arriving soon. I am rather shocked that an order placed in December wouldn't have gone in by now. I know at one point they had a 4-6 month wait. And even when I ordered, they didn't know what to expect as far as wait times. They had over 100 cars "in line" at the time.

I would call your salesman and demand some answers. Talk to one of the sales managers if you need to. It seems very odd that an order put in last December wouldn't have been delivered yet.

I gave them enough rope to hang themselves as I had ordered before. I cancelled my order with them after 8 months . My belief is that they tried to match an incoming to my order and never submitted the order.

I totally understand your frustration with the delays and lack of communication. It's not uncommon for dealerships to face supply chain issues and delays, but good communication is key in such situations.

You might want to check online forums or social media groups specific to the Telluride or your dealership to see if others have faced similar delays or have received their Prestige XLine orders. It can give you a better idea of the current situation and whether it has improved for others in your region.

In the meantime, continue to follow up with your dealership and insist on clear communication regarding your order's status. Hopefully, you'll get more information soon and receive your 2024 Telluride without much more delay.
