2023 X-Line transmission issue

So driving home on interstate today coming up the mountain after a 2 hour drive when I noticed that my rpms would go really high before transmission would shift gears. When it did shift,it was clunky and you could feel car jerk. I tried both Smart and Sport modes and it did the same. Also when stopped and idling, it was almost as if car wasn't getting enough gas as rpms would drop to 600 or so and car shook a little. Anyone got any thoughts? Beside heading to the dealer,of course. Car has 9400 miles on it. Thanks!

No thoughts other than it doesn't sound like a common problem -- thankfully. Yep, dealer is best option and asap.
