  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Just upgraded 2020 sorento Sport ex to 2024 EX..with Bordeaux interior...day 1...we will see! Have wanted one for 4 years, refused to pay inflated prices. They finally came down in Virginia.
Interesting...
Lots of plastic left on vehicle...just noticed floor mats were not in car...we added them..
Salesman said the tires inflate themselves? Can anyone back him up? The valve stem cap was missing on a tire...smh... husband going to check tire pressure based on what we read here.
Glad to have this group!

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. I'm glad you found us. Nice upgrade from the 2020 Sorento Sport. That's also a nice SUV. I'm not aware of self-inflating tires...

Hi! I'm new here too and have never even owned a Kia yet - have driven Hondas and Toyotas for the past 20 years. What dealership did you buy from in VA? I'm in DC and just starting to shop around. Had a decent experience at the Ourisman of Fairfax yesterday but not ready to pull the trigger yet.

I suspect your dealer did a lousy job prepping the vehicle for delivery. As for the self inflating tires.....your saleman appears to be self inflated with..... well.. you know.

The owners manual is your friend.

Enjoy the ride!

Wow, the Kia buyer experience always seems to deliver. Did you get a text from the dealership asking them to contact them if you can't give them all 10's on their customer satisfaction survey. Or you can say it like it should be and then know when you bring your car back, you're one of the "problem " buyers. Can't win.

To be fair, my Audi dealership operates the same way: "Anything other than a perfect 10 rating will be disastrous for us" etc. etc. So it is not just KIA that try to pressure the customer in this manner.

Absolutely, but I think they even try or perhaps care a little bit more. We own an Audi and have had numerous BMW's and they all do the same thing. But I have never had anyone tell me my tire will self inflate!!
