Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I bought a 2023 Telluride SX X-line last week that came with the Tow option. However, it had no hitch receiver installed. The dealer assured me they would get the parts and install the tow package this week. They called today to tell me Kia has not released the parts for the hitch receiver yet...

I've been negotiating with the dealer to buy The Prestige x-pro and they tell me that I can get a trailer hitch anywhere and get it installed but their trailering package only includes the wiring. Now I found out that the x-pro can only tow 5,500 lb, versus 5,000 pounds if it is equipped with a weight distributing hitch.
