• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Just finished the truxxx 2" lift install on the wife's telluride. Overall, it was pretty straightforward and, I think, it makes the stance much better.

The only thing I was wary of (and it turned out to be true) was the need for strut extensions. I ordered some in preparation for the install, but finished it before the post office dropped them off.

Like most have noted, it had the distinct, bottoming out feeling. With the extensions, this completely disappeared.

Instead of paying the asinine price that truxxx was asking, I found these on eBay. It's only a 1" extension, but worked perfectly, with the proper thread: search for 28mm

Did you have the self leveling before hand? or just whatever shocks are on there without Tow package?

Just the normal, non-self leveling shocks. They still required the extension.
