makes me leery of changing tire size by more than a 1% or so.Not sure if you can.

Tire Size Calculator will show not only changes in size but also changes in speedometer reading.makes me leery of changing tire size by more than a 1% or so.
Over a year already on the 2" Eibach lift springs, 1" Eibach spacers, and BFG KO2's in 265/65/R17 - no problems here.I am curious if anyone on here that has done the lift and tire change, still has the car after a few years, how is it going?
I know a lot of folks who are happy with their Wildpeak AT's. Check the Wildpeak RT's, too.Anyone tried the Falken Wildpeak A/T 245/60/20? I think it is just what I am looking for. Put the Eibach lift on and ready to upgrade my tires now.
If you're sticking with your stock 20s, check out the Wildpeak Trail. Still good for dirt roads and snow, but much quieter on the roadI know a lot of folks who are happy with their Wildpeak AT's. Check the Wildpeak RT's, too.
I think I read somewhere that an overall increase of 1 inch in diameter is our limit before it starts rubbing. Go to Tire Size Calculator and see what should fit. You can put in my tire size and know that I have slight rubbing at full lock. I've worn off enough rubber and plastic that it's not an issue anymore. Also know that overall diameter will vary slightly between tires.Just an update 245/60/20 size tire would not fit without rubbing at full turn on the inner fender well. Wonder if adding spacers would help?
You still running 265/65/17? What tire you running now?I think I read somewhere that an overall increase of 1 inch in diameter is our limit before it starts rubbing. Those are questions for a good off road shop to answer. TBH if you want taller sidewalls, you'll probably want to get smaller wheels.I really want to try a 255/55/20 which looks like is still .4 inches taller than your tire but its not as wide. You think the width or height is what's causing you to rub? or maybe offset on aftermarket wheels?
Taller sidewalls were supposed to be a byproduct of putting this lift on lol. You'd think a 2 inch lift you could do close to 2 inch taller tires. And I am seeing that is not the case now lol. I will schedule an appt and just have to try different tires until I find the combination that works for me. I've considered by spacers but I think I'll just go with a smaller tire. Those are questions for a good off road shop to answer.
