2020 S need help w/ license plate lights not working

Hello, my license plate lights are not working. Dealership said I need new bulbs so I DIY and noticed old bulbs looked fine but still replaced. Still not working.

I cannot figure out which fuse is for these lights, however, all other lights appear fine and all fuses look fine.

Now I am searching for a wiring diagram to assist in location the harness and try to work backwards and see if I can troubleshoot myself.

Any info or tips would be very much appreciated as I don't want to give the dealership $120 to tell me it's something simple or for them to charge much more for a simple repair I could DIY.

*Does anyone know if a wiring issue would even be under warranty? Purchased July 2020, 44k miles.

Shop manual advertised here: 2024 Kia Telluride repair manual - OEM Factory Repair Manual I have not bought one but will probably eventually have the need.

Kia may sell the manuals too; I have not checked.

I would approach this as a warranty issue, sounds like you're still under warranty.

They want $130 for mine but I guess if it's something I plan to use for years to come and DIY repairs it's worth it...
