Windshield cracks

23 Telluride ex xline. Washed vehicle Fri. Afternoon, temp was 75-80. Parked in garage. No windshield cracks observed.
Wife went to run errand Sat. 12 inch crack in windshield. No chips or other damage visable.

Local dealer service dept. says 2019 letter applies only to 2019-2020 year models.
Seems their windshields are an ongoing issue.
