Track my vehicle

Any tips on dealing with a dealer that is less than forthcoming with information? I have had a request in for almost 3 months (since 7/19) and the dealer never gives updates unless I ask. They say they have no specific dates or schedule to relay. Request was supposedly accepted 8/22 and was "being built as we speak" 9/6. Only thing I have been given is the original dealer request ID.

Might you know of someone on this side of the border than can check VINs? Dealership first said Dec15 and now Dec23.

Unfortunately I don’t. It is normal to see the date change. Don’t take the date like it’s a FedEX delivery date that you can take it to the bank. It is more or less “coming around this date”

I’m usually a very patient person 😆 I’m going from a rock basic 2014 Fiat 500 that I bought five years ago as my first car, to my 2025 EX premium Soul. Patience has mostly flown out the window! Thanks again and all the best for the holidays 🎄
