My 2025 Telluride gps system not working properly. When programming a destination, then start system. Travelling on interstate it wants me to get off every exit. Been to dealership waited 4 hours for an update.
Still does same thing. HELP!

I would take it back to that dealership, or find another one..

Unfortunately i had this same problem before and it didnt have anything to do with an update. It needed a head unit (infotainment unit) replacement and that happened twice in my ownership with my 2022.

One of the very few issues I've had in 5 years was a faulty GPS unit (not the whole infotainment head unit). It caused the same symptoms whether using the native navigation or wired Android Auto (which make use of the car's GPS). To make it clear to the dealer, I used my phone to record a few occurrences of it happening. They replaced the GPS unit and that solved the problem.
