• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Does anyone know if the Telluride will be off-road customizeable like the 4Runner TRD PRO?

What really attracted me were the Baja looking Tellurides during the review. This makes me think this frame is capable of adding some lift and bigger beefier tires and wheels with fender flares.

Does anyone know if the Telluride is capable of this or was it intended by KIA?

While I understand you can literally customize anything aftermarket, my curiosity is if the Telluride was designed with aftermarket off-road in mind.

I think the aftermarket is too new to be fully developed like the T4R. I'm actually trading one tomorrow morning and taking delivery of my telluride.

I think KIA has made a car that can be nicely done like you describe, but I don't know if you'd ever get 100% of the same capability, the built in off-road ability isn't quite there. I think theres potential for alot more options to develop as threads like this add up and the telluride matures as a platform.

Also, one aspiring entrepreneur who creates a hot item could change everything if big boys pay attention. Look at what www.mesocutsoms.com did with a 3-d printer for tacoma stuff, now hes partnered with a few big companies. Or, Fox, King, Icon or Billy's takes notice and created a real lift and watch them sell out asap. It will come, but the t4r has had decades to get where it is.
