Do anyone know if remote start comes standard on the s model telluride?

I just talked to my dealer today about adding remote start to my Telluride. he said it is unavailable. That seems weird since the Palasade has it and they share so much especially the engine, starter ect.

It’s missing the wireless link between starter controller and the key FOB. I may be wrong but for the Palisade you used a combination of two buttons on the key FOB to remotely start.

There are/will be 3rd party remote starter kits that works with the factory key FOB in a similar fashion.

All the telluride has remote start, you have to download the Kia access app registrar your vehicle and get in the car and connect apple play or Android play and once u do that a code will generate and then u will have remote start. I called Kia consumer and the walked me through it and now I have remote start and loving it and I have the s model

I have the app registered to my Telly but it doesn't work in my area. Signal is too low. Been on the phone with KIA consumer and trying to resolve the problem with an aftermarket remote start kit since the remote start was one of the main options I wanted. I questioned the salesman really hard when I ordered my car and he said yes it comes with remote start. I asked if it came with a key fob and his answer was yes. Not very educated on the new vehicle. So after 3 1/2 weeks, I have now filed a compliant through KIA consumer and dealership. Let's hope this gets worked out soon.

yes, I went there with family very excited, did not wanted to kill whole excitement and start researching again for trad-in and all mess, so just gave them.
