Order to delivery time

Ordered sxp gravity grey, light interior on September 6th. I called the other day, and it is in transit, and expected to arrive on November 6th. When I first ordered I was told to expect 3-6 months. It’s just crazy to see the variability here.

How is that even possible? I don't understand.It's hit and miss a lot.For mine to be 5 months and your that quick is crazy.I'm happy for you.
I'm approaching 3 months and was told it would be another 2 months.I Hope your delivery ETA does not change because that's unusually quickly.

Is the SX FWD?
 
SX FWD.... Not much of a demand. They get built quicker or have inventory

I honestly dont know. Dealer had said maybe 2 months from get go. But they ordered on 10/1 and sent me a notice was being built on 10/14 and today that I had a VIN # and delivery to them on 11/03. Then will ship (for free) to me from Miami to Jax. And I paid $40,916

I guess that makes sense.I went with the Prestige Package (hence AWD) because I really did not think that the high end trim and package
would be in such a big demand,given that people usually go for the value for what they pay but I guess I was wrong in Telluride's case since people seem to want it loaded,like myself.
If I knew all of this,I would have never ordered with the Prestige Package,as the features of Prestige are relatively minor and only may have prolonged the wait time.
Or maybe the color combination has also to do with it,such as White with Dune Brown.Who knows

That's what I ordered as well; White SXP Dune Brown. Ordered on Sep 14 from Kia of Muncie, but still haven't heard anything. I'm very anxious, the anticipation is killing me. Ya know?

I can't help it! That thing's been calling my name since February. Finally convinced the wife to let me buy it in August, didn't find your dealership til Sept. So the wait continues.

Even though I hate having to wait so long for mine,I honestly think it will be worth it.I have looked the Telluride up so much that compared to other SUVs in its class,it just
looks much more classy and pretty and at least for me,it actually excites me,unlike purchasing any other vehicle(except Luxury which I couldn't afford) and why pay more for a Luxury Brand when
you get a lot of that in the Telluride at a cheaper price.
