Black Copper/Black with all the goodies means it's a SX Prestige. While everyone is reporting a 6 month wait, you are saying your wait is only 6 weeks. Something is not adding up here.

They stated "dealer allocated" which means the dealer already knew it was coming

That is correct.....the dealer had ordered this one as part of their "allocation" and not for a specific customer........I just happened to walk in at the right time and put my name ( and money ) on it.

I hope that you are a lucky one that it goes smoothly. Please be aware that the amount they told you is not contractual.

You can go through with everything all paperwork and switch your insurance and sign over title that the sales manager comes over and your salesman walks away you will be hit with the bill and they will markup up the sale. Make sure your check book is ready for that.

I know because I went through it today but since I ordered a Telly through them 3 months ago and I am persistent as hell and extremely aggressive I was able to cut there markup to half.

You are certainly correct....one must "watch" all aspects of car "deals"! For me ( and all others who buy from this dealer).....this deal will be as stated. I am VERY fortunate to have personally known the family that owns the dealership for over 30 years.
